This week's prompt

Create a metaphor for regret, a physical object that embodies the feeling or allows you to explore the feeling in a fresh way. Begin with a metaphorical statement: "Regret is...." and move from there. If you prefer to write fiction, use the line in a scene perhaps to begin a scene. .

Good news is that I have been busy writing. Bad news is I have been too busy doing that to keep up this site. Never fear! I am back. I have finshed the story on the fiction page and that will be up as soon as possible. More poems. More submissions. More random musings. By Monday, I should have the site completely updated. Until then, keep the faith. Peace.

Have a good week and come back soon!
