In your documentation for Task 3.2 'User Documentation', you should add any final content to provide the provision of appropriate user guidance that will show a sympathetic understanding of the user’s perspective by the:
- Good-quality user documentation that makes appropriate use of the following.
- Graphic images
- Screen prints (screen-shots)
- Examples of data-input screens
- Examples of output screens
- examples of error messages
Guidance Note: Good-quality user documentation is required for this grade, with layout and content well matched to purpose.
