Payment & Shipping Terms

• All payments are to be made in US Funds. We accept online payments through Bidpay and Payingfast. You may also mail an international postal or bank money order, a bank cashier's cheque or a certified personal cheque. We strongly recommend not sending cash in the mail.

Canadian buyers may use Certapay.

• Items will be mailed within 2 days of receipt of payment. We send all packages via Canada Post, surface parcel rate unless requested to do otherwise. Ontario residents will be charged PST. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs including duty, taxes and fees should the country of destination charge such fees. Buyer is also responsible for verifying that the item may be imported into their country.

• INSURANCE: Small parcels do not qualify for insurance. Regular parcels can be insured in most cases, however, there are countries of destination that are not eligible for insurance. Only the item value (not postage) is covered by insurance.

• REFUND POLICY: Returns are allowed ONLY if the item is not as described. We cannot ship items "on approval" so be sure to ask any questions before purchasing. If we have a duplicate item, we will replace it, otherwise we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

• Unless otherwise stated, all items are "previously owned" and not new merchandise. We make every effort to accurately describe the condition, including any flaws or defects should there be any. Condition is therefore "as is". Please ask for additional photos if necessary.

• Purchases from our web shop may be combined with purchases from our eBay auction listings or eBay store in order to save you money on the shipping, so please check our eBay seller's list.
