"Blindness"

They say love is blind
But maybe it is the loved
Who is blind

How could he not see
Or maybe he just doesn't
Want to see

She cares for him so much
He doesn't care
Or seem to care

She's put her heart and soul
Into every thought of him
Why doesn't he notice?

One whole year she's been
Calling to him, loving him
He finds a girlfriend

They break up, she's there
To mend his heart
When will he mend hers?

Her heart has been shattered,
Her soul crushed
When will her pain end?
