Look no further.... Sit on our unit #240's private lanai, relax and enjoy
the warm Maui tropical breeze. Enjoy the spectacular views of the Pacific
along the Kihei and Wailea coast of the Maalaea Bay and of the neighboring
island of Kahoolawe. During the months of December to April
you can view the humpback whales breaching just off of The Sugar Beach
Resort and spouting with their calves in the warm waters of the Maalaea
Bay. Or stroll for hours on the 5 miles of uncrowded sandy beach fronting
the Sugar Beach Resort. This resort has: a large swimming pool,
2 tennis courts, a putting green, Bar-B-Q area having 6 gas grills, a hot
tub, sauna and several stores. The Sugar Beach Resort has: two 6 story buildings
(Plantation bldg. & Mill bldg.) consisting of 215 apartments.
All but 12 are one bedroom units of the exact same floor plan; there are
12 two bedroom units. Every apartment is privately owned and therefore
individually furnished by its owner. Near by are 16 golf courses, windsurfing rental
store, and central shopping centers (approx 2 to 3 miles distant). NOTE: Note: The Sugar Beach Resort Office
performs no rentals. you will have to contact either an owner as
ourselves or one of the island's rental companies representing the various
