James Henry Wild Jr.

He was born in Danbury, Conn. on May 27, 1925. At the age of 17, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and fought in WWII at the Battle of the Bulge and for his service he received the Bronze Star. He served as a scout for his unit which was the 75th infantry. He received his Bachelors of Science in Education from Central Connecticut State University in 1963. He taught at Bullard-Havens Technical School in Bridgeport, Conn. He later became assistant director of Bullard-Havens. He taught at Henry Abbott Technical School for many years and later became Director of Henry Abbott. He retired in 1975 and moved to West Palm Beach, Florida for the winters. He died in April of 1986.

His Father was James Henry Wild Sr. and his mother was Catherine Tierney Wild.
