Ready 2 win? :) It's pretty easy; anyone with a webpage can enter. Just make sure you meet these requirements:
1. You MUST have a webpage
2. You MUST know how to upload and link back the image
3. Your site can not have any forms of hatred, prejudice, porn, etc.

Those are the requirements! Now all you have to do is e-mail me with your name, site address, and whether or not you can recieve e-mail attachments. This is a sample of what the award will look like: (I made it at the age of 11; a new choice will be coming soon!)
