I... don't... get it!

The only thing I can't think you mean to do is try to copywrite rhymes. That way, whenever someone rhymes "you" with "foo'," or "small" with "y'all" or "heard" with "word" or "yo" with anything, Dave will collect a 10? royalty. There's so much rhyming going on though, that I suspect he'd be a million-billionaire before the year was over.
