Ingredients: 2 cans garbanzo beans 4 cloves chopped garlic 1/3 cup lemon juice 1-1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp coriander 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp cayenne 1 Tbsp olive oil 1/2 cup water
Put in food processor or blender to mix. Serve with toasted pita bread, tortilla wedges, or crackers (wheat thins taste the best). |
