Ingredients: 1-1/2 pounds halibut filets 1/2 cup white wine 2 Tbsp vegetable oil 3 Tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp dry mustard 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp parsley flakes
Place fillets in a plastic bag. Combine wine, oil, soy sauce, mustard, ginger, garlic, and parsley; pour into bag with fillets. Close bag tightly and place in a shallow dish. Marinate for about 2 hours, turning bag several times. Drain fillets, reserving marinade. Broil 5 minutes, or until fish is brown and flakes easily with a fork. Serves 4
