Weightlifting is a grown popular activity among the population, especially amongst teenagers.   Let's keep it real.  The real reason why guys like to weight lift is because the guys want the ladies.   But beyond all of that, weightlifting is actually good for you.   It shows that your physically fit.   Being physically fit means that you are healthy.
