Wanted to reiterate my thanks for an excellerrific Jazz Ear Training experience. Very much enjoyed your improvisational and supportive approach to teaching. Found every session to be entertaining as well as informative. ^^ Fun ! ^^ A lot learned, far more left to learn. I certainly have a much deeper appreciation of the richness and complexity of the jazz idiom. Who knew what I was missing all these years ? ! You provided many valuable ear training techniques; now it's up to me to practicepracticepracticepractice ! ..... Mike
Dear Eyran.....Thank you so very much for sending me your CD's. I was absolutely overjoyed and your music & playing are sensational. I must be honest & tell you that I had never heard you play before but the piano is my favorite instrument to listen to & I love classical to jazz to gospel to new age & when I stumbled across your offer on the net, I decided to respond. I am so glad that I did. Your music is just beautiful & I have enjoyed listening to it over & over. I wasn't expecting to hear Sondheim's "Sooner or Later" and was delighted with your arrangement. Your original pieces are wonderful, also. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to personally sign them & send a letter with them. You have a new fan!..... I hope to be able to see you live in concert some time in Boston perhaps and will be ordering a few CD's for Christmas presents this year!..... Again, thank you for your beautiful music and for your kindness extended to me. Keep the obvious passion that you have for your music. It shines through loud & clear..........Sincerely, Gerard Lebel
I did received your CD and it is absolutely beautiful. I can not thank you enough for sending me such a wonderful piece of music. I was wondering, is there any way for me to order additional CDs from you other than off of the Internet? I would love if there was a catalog or list I could choose from. Thank you again, and take care.. :-)..........Katie Longoria-Streit
I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy your piece. I just wrote a glowing review of it for this week's Rambo Report (www.breakingartists.com). I'm a fellow MP3-er, and on reading your Bio, it sounds like we have much in common--I was also born in '65, and was a child prodigy. I've stayed with music ever since, but left classical in my teens for Jazz and "other"... Anyway, best of luck with your music, and look for the review.....Chauncey Canfield(http://www.mp3.com/ChaunceyCanfield
I just love hearing your music. I've been downloading like crazy off of your web page, and mp3.com. Probably my favorite song so far, is "But First You Must Sit Down". A couple of my other favorites are the Piano Improvisation #4, and Prison Cell Blues. You are an excellent piano player, and I look forward to hearing the rest of your music.....Brad Isbell, Hanna City, IL
Here is a recent review posted on Amazon.com by Jane Jillian from San Francisco on December 14: "Since I bought this album, it never leaves my CD player. I listen to it while I work and when I read books and basically all the time. I love Keith Jarrett and this album reminds me a lot of him. This young artist needs support, and I believe he deserves it."
Thanks for the great concert. Below is a review posted by me at the Mp3.com jazz message board. Regards and good luck,.......Ronen Ben Efraim MP3.com Bulletin Board / Jazz / Eyran - Eyran.com: I have recently attended a concert of Eyran(http://www.mp3.com/jazzonettes) in Tel Aviv, Israel. Hello Rani,.....Just a short note to let you know who much we appreciated hearing you at your faculty recital at NEC. My mother was so impressed that Kelly had been taking lessons with such a wonderful teacher. I am glad that I was able to be there. Kelly graduated this past Sunday and received some music awards and scholarships as well, and is now fully ready for college. Again thank you for all you've done to inspire her and help her, and thank you for a wonderful evening of music and the best of luck in all you do......Yumi Powers

Hi RANI - Kick ass in Tel Aviv!!!! Your show was outstanding!! You know, I play with you at the lessons, but it is inspirational to hear your repertoire as a soloist. Maybe, with help from God, your talent will rub off. Best regards & PRACTICE!!!..... Michael
Hi Rani.....I wanted to tell YOU thank you. First of all, your performance was wonderful. You are so talented and it was so thrilling to hear (and watch) you play. It was a terrific concert!.....Diane
Hi, Rani.....Your concert at NEC was just a week ago, and I can still remember many moments that were eloquent, evocative and very beautiful. I truly enjoyed it, and I could see that many others in the audience did too. In fact, I could tell that Dave had a huge smile on his face... you just couldn't miss it......Susan
Hi Rani.....I recently got your newsletter for July 2000. It's great to hear you are doing so well with your piano. The responses you received from your recent performances are so great! I noticed also that my mother had written you a short e-mail sending thanks and appreciation for all you've done for me. I, also, would like to thank you again for everything. Sorry I did not write earlier, but I thoroughly enjoyed your concert at NEC. I had my ensemble recital before yours started and I've never heard you play a concert before. I was so inspired after hearing you play. I came home and was playing Beauty and the Beast all night! I had some of your younger students sitting right near me and they were so excited to hear some of the songs you played. And then also, David was right behind me and I could hear his reactions to some of the different things you were doing with your playing. You are truly an amazing player, teacher and person! I wish my best to you and good luck with everything. Thanks again for helping me with preparation for college, and that is not only a thanks for preparation musically, but also for the talks we had during some of our lessons. I appreciate it so much. Take care. Fondly,.....Kelly Powers
