Save My Little Girl From a Sex Offender!

Hello my name is Pamela, and I have a serious problem. It all started in a court room on August 15th 1997. That’s the day a man in a black robe took my 2 year old baby girl from me.

I know this may sound awful to you, but please don’t judge me, I've learned a lot over the past eight years. You just never know how anyone truly feels till you have been through the same thing. When I lost my baby girl I could have accepted the fact of her dieing, easier than what I have been put through. At least I know had she died, she would have been with the Lord, instead of her father.

I know this sounds spiteful, but you see her father is a CONVICTED SEX OFFENDER. This man if you can call him that was brought up on an eleven-count indictment charging him with three counts of statutory rape, three counts of sexual battery, and five counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The charges arose from certain alleged conduct by this man with five separate female victims who ranged in ages from thirteen to seventeen years old. During the trial one of the victims admitted to engaging in sex with this man for money (child prostitution). Well when the trial was said and done he was convicted by a jury verdict of two counts statutory rape (a class E felony), two counts sexual battery (a class E felony), and four counts contributing to the delinquency of a minor (a class A misdemeanor).

Now I know you are saying if this was true this man would be in jail instead of getting custody of a baby girl! Well that is what you and the whole world would expect. But you see during the trial the prosecuting attorney never asked this man to state his age. So the Judge asked him to state his age for the record. He responded (49). Well in this state as I am sure other states as well, the judge by law can’t do that. So he appealed the 2 counts of statutory rape and only the 2 counts of statutory rape. But some how the appeal was WORDED (I feel by his lawyer) of 2 counts of statutory rape, 2 counts of assault (NOT SEXUAL BATTERY), and 4 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He won the appeal overturning the 2 counts of statutory rape ONLY, based on the technicality that, even though he committed the statutory rape of a fourteen year old and it was proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, the judge asked him to state that he was forty nine years old. All the rest of his original convictions, (2 counts Sexual Battery and 4 counts contributing to the delinquency) still stand.

So now you ask why this man would still get custody of a baby girl. Well this mans family has substantial amounts of money and very well connected politically in this area. He was a bail bondsman until his felonies occurred. So the man hired a flashy lawyer that turned the divorce into a sideshow that did nothing but completely upset the judge. So when the evidence about his convictions was brought up, his lawyer told the judge they were over turned, a legal (partial truth). well by the end of the case the judge was so mad that he himself stated that he would give the child to someone else if he could. But that since he could not he would give custody of my baby girl to her father. A convicted SEX OFFENDER.

Now I know this all sounds to twisted to be true, but it is and I have been trying to prove it. It has cost me every spare penny that I have had. I have paid thousands and I do mean many thousands to four different lawyers who have taken all of my money from me, and have never helped me get her back. Oh they have filed petitions and jerked around with the judge, but they have never accomplished anything. I believe there are no real lawyers that care about their client anymore. They are just in it for how much they can get out of their client. At least that is my experience with lawyers in this area.

Ok that leads to my request to help save my little girl from a sex offender. She was two when the judge gave custody to that vile man. Now she is going to be ten in two months and she is starting to develop from a little girl to a young woman quickly, and I mean Extremely fast. And at this point the judge has ordered a change of custody mental evaluation for myself, my new husband, my daughter, and my daughter's father. And I have to pay for it. Why a mental evaluation for a case of the judge making a mistake, I don't know he said he wanted to mediate his way out of this case. Well these evaluations are going to cost me least 15,000 dollars cash that I do not have. And with all the mental as well as emotional stress this has put me through I can no longer work. So I am asking for your help in raising the money for the evaluations and any help from lawyers with this case would be greatly appreciated. I know I am going to have to find another lawyer, one that will fight for me and my daughter, and not his or her bank account.
