Photographs of Rosebrooke's Facilities

Here is a collection of photographs taken of Rosebrooke's lovely grounds. With 833 acres and top-of-the-line facilities, Rosebrooke Stables is truly a beautiful place to photograph. We hope that these photographs will offer you a glimpse into the beauty of Rosebrooke Stables.

A small waterfall on Rose Brooke, above the farm. The brook comes down from a spring in the mountains along one of Rosebrooke's borders, clear and crisp. The brook is also the source of Rosebrooke Stable's name, which has existed since the day it was founded back in the 1800's.

The rustic bridge that crosses Rose Brooke in the drive winding up to Rosebrooke Stables. It's located on Rosebrooke's property, and it's a symbol of Rosebrooke's property's heritage as a private upper-class estate.

This is a view of Rosebrooke's mare barn (it forms a U shape, and the other half of the U can barely be seen over the horizon), which overlooks the site where Rose Brooke has pooled. This pool makes a wonderful place for a dip on a hot summer day after a long workout. From this picture you can also glimpse Rosebrooke's rolling fields and beautiful architecture.

This photograph was taken as two of our youngsters were being led out to the pastures. You can make out the rooftop of the stallion barn in the distance, and you also might notice the large, shady trees that line our pastures.

Here a youngster is being led back to the colts' barn just as dusk is beginning to fall.

Each of our stables has a series of standing stalls at one end so that horses may be more effeciently and safely kept while their stall is being mucked out. These stalls are also helpful in isolating horses that are suspected of being sick, so that they are far enough to prevent other horses from catching potential illnesses. They would of course be moved to the isolation barn if found to be sick, though.

The inside of the gelding barn is airy and light, and the geldings are offered ample room to socialize. It is one of our smallest barns, but it lacks nothing that the other barns have.

Our stallion barn is perhaps one of the more visually pleasing of all the stables, though each is uniquely elaborate. Every stall is an extra-large box stall to better provide for our stallions, and the stable is as practical as it is lovely.

This is our dressage/all-purpose indoor riding arena. The letters are noted by the gold plates around the arena's sides. This picture is taken from the viewing section behind and above the judges stand. Other guests may watch from outside the glass windows.

This is our newly built show jumping arena. At one end is a room which contains a variety of jump equipment, and to the left of the picture (not shown) is a set of comfortable bleachers so that guests may view the competitions.

Rosebrooke has a wonderful race track which is home to several champions. Each morning, the racers are conditioned just as the sun's first rays appear over the horizon.

Rosebrooke is also host to a number of shows, mainly focusing around eventing disciplines, which begin early in the morning. This is a lovely photograph of a dressage competitor in our outdoor ring in the early light of a show day.

This is a photograph of the temporary stabling offered to our show guests. We make sure that even our most temporary guests stay in complete luxury and style.

Right now, these facilities (left over from the private stables of Rosebrooke's yesteryear) serve as our isolation stables, should the need arise. However, they are rarely used and are just *ASKING* to become a mini-stable. This property tract is separated from the rest of Rosebrooke Stables by a line of trees and are denoted by its white fencing as opposed to our black. There is a cottage (far left), a 6-stall barn (in the front), and a 10-stall barn (behind the first). It is located close to all of Rosebrooke's facilities and has a nice view as it sits atop a hill overlooking much of the wild parts of Rosebrooke property. Email me if you are interested in renting this tract.
