| The
story: Ok, Dan asked that we post this photo from his wedding. So, in the interest of giving details, here goes. Let me start by saying that many of you already know what a great all around guy Dan is. Kirsten, whom I've had the pleasure of meeting once, a while ago, is a real sweetheart and great catch for our man Dan. Here's how they met: That's not how they really met, but it sounded good. They really met Oct. 14, 2000 at Lakewood Amphitheater in Atlanta at a 'Counting Crows' & 'Live' concert, via some mutual friends. A few months later, Kirsten made the trip up north to the great state of New Jersey, home of Springsteen, Bon Jovi & Sinatra, to meet the ever-expanding Magee brood, and try the best pizza and food in the world. She passed the test, then onto NYC for New Year's Eve in Manhattan, and then to Boston to meet the one and only Mer Roever, Kirsten's grandmom. A few months later, Kirsten took Dan to visit family in Mississippi after the state ended its ban on allowing anyone from New Jersey to enter the state. Grandmom Atchley converted Danny into a fan of catfish, homemade plum jelly, country ham and bread pudding. Kirsten owns/runs a personal training studio in Sandy Springs, in addition to teaching part-time in Emory University's Health & Physical Education Dept. |

Our prayers are with the members of our armed forces and the coalition forces in the Persian Gulf. May there be a speedy completion of their mission with as little loss of life as possible. May the Iraqi people come to understand being free from tyranny. A note of acknowledgement to our own Butch Oberlander who fought in the first Gulf War in 1991. Butch told us younger guys that he was going so that we wouldn't have to. Alumni Found: The following alumni have either been found or their email has changed. Kyle Lynott I guess you can take me off the MIA list. Anyway - all is well here, Married, 2 kids, living in Flemington - teaching & coaching at Hunterdon Central High School. I keep in relatively close contact with Pete Zipple.And did anyone ever mention that former TSC track Alumni (and Phi Tau) Jim Kenna was one of the two cops on the turnpike shooting that started all of the profiling stuff.
