"Hey, Mira has her own bedroom you know," Zac said when he walked into his room one afternoon. He saw Taylor laying on his side with his back to him deeply involved in kissing his new girlfriend. Their legs were tangled together and Mira was making tiny moaning noises. "Come on," Zac whined.

Taylor broke away from Mira to reply. "We were here first," he said before returning to his make out session.

"Oh my God, are you serious?" Zac got no reaction from the two. "Hmm, I guess so. Well you better be done by Ike’s bachelor party tonight." He picked up his book of CD’s and left the room.

"Ohh goodness," Taylor laughed once Zac had left. "I feel like I’m like, 16 all over again." He brushed some of the hair back from Mira’s face.

"Well he had a point," Mira said from underneath Taylor. "We could go in my room."

"Yeah but it’s more fun to annoy him," Taylor smiled.

"Yeah, well you just wait until he has a girl in here," she said gently touching her index finger to his chin.

"Nah."

"So, where’s this party tonight?" Mira asked.

"Isaac’s friend Matt’s apartment. It’ll be sweet. You wanna come?"

"Hmm, are there gonna be strippers there?"

"Of course. What kind of party would it be without them?" Taylor smiled.

"Oh my God," she laughed. "I cannot picture Isaac getting a lap dance. It’s too disturbing."

"You boys have fun," Mira smiled from her seat at the kitchen table that night.

Taylor stood behind her gather her hair up in a ponytail and letting it fall. "Of course we will," Taylor smiled.

"Not too much fun," their mom added.

"No such thing," Zac said throwing his arms around Isaac and Taylor.

"Zachary," his mother warned. "I don’t wanna hear any stories about tonight. You behave."

"I will," Zac grinned.

Mira laughed and returned to her book.

"Now get outta here before I change my mind about letting Zac go," Diana said.

"Bye Mom," Isaac said kissing her on the cheek.

"Bye," Mira said looking up at Taylor. "Be good," she smiled.

"I will. I’ll miss you," he whispered before leaning down to give her an upside-down kiss.

"I’ll miss you too," she whispered back.

"Oh my God, who’s getting married here?" Isaac asked.

"Alright, sorry," Taylor said. "Bye guys."

"Bye," Zac said and followed his brothers out to Isaac’s car.

"Ike, man, will you stop by the gas station and get me a pack of cigarettes?" Zac asked buckling his seatbelt in the back.

Isaac sighed. "Alright, but just for tonight. Don’t make it a habit," he said looking in the rearview mirror.

"Cool," Zac replied.

Matt had a pretty big party complete with strippers and alcohol. Zac, Taylor, and Isaac got rather wasted and passed out in Matt’s living room.

"Well fuck me gently with a chainsaw," Taylor said surveying the mess from the night before.

"Quit yelling," Zac hoarsely whined covering his eyes with his arm.

"Ike," Taylor called his brother.

"Hmm?" Isaac raised his eyebrows without opening his eyes.

"Are you okay?" Taylor laughed.

"Yeah man," Isaac answered groggily sitting up. He ran his fingers through his short messy hair. "Look at Zac," Isaac pointed. Zac laid back in the recliner chair dressed only in a pair of boxer shorts. The bottom two inches of his blonde hair was dyed blue.

"Dude," Taylor laughed. "Zac wake up."

"What the fuck?" Zac sleepily opened his eyes and looked down at himself.

"You don’t remember last night at all do you?" Taylor asked.

"What happened?" Zac asked sitting up.

"Let’s see," Isaac laughed. "You mean when Matt and Jake dipped your hair in blue kool-aid or when you kissed one of the strippers?"

"Oh man, wonderful," Zac said. "Who took my clothes off?"

"You did," Taylor laughed.

"Wait a minute? I kissed a stripper?" Zac smiled.

"Well, hello, hello," Mira greeted rolling up to Isaac’s car on her rollerblades once they pulled into the driveway.

"Hey there," Taylor smiled. He got out of the car and gave Mira a kiss.

"How was the party?...Zac," she laughed looking over Taylor’s shoulder. "What happened to you?"

"You like it?" Zac asked.

"Definitely," Mira nodded. "I hope it washes out before the wedding though."

"It’s just Kool-Aid," Zac said. "Bye Ike," Zac turned around and waved to him in the car. Isaac waved and backed down the driveway. "I’m gonna go inside."

"Zac got pretty crazy last night," Taylor said rolling Mira back and forth holding her by the waist.

"Yeah?" she smiled.

"Oh my God, he was wasted," Taylor said.

"Are you serious?" She laughed.

"Yeah," Taylor laughed. "You should’ve seen it. Hey, lemme get my blades."

"So how were the strippers?" Mira asked as they leisurely skated on his street.

"They were alright," Taylor laughed. "Isaac got a lap dance and Zac made out with one of them."

"Wow,’ Mira laughed.

"But I think the strippers were a little more into each other if you know what I mean," Taylor said.

"Interesting. So it sounds like it was a good party overall."

"Yeah, it was good times had by all," Taylor said rolling up behind her and wrapping his arms around her waist.

"You want me to cook dinner for you guys tomorrow?" Mira asked. Her and Taylor were in her room late that night. He was laying with his head resting in her lap while she played with his hair.

"Yeah, that’d be awesome. You should make those fajitas - those rock," Taylor suggested.

"Okay, cool. We’ll have to run to the grocery store tomorrow."

"Let’s go now," Taylor said.

"At 1:30?" Mira asked looking at the clock.

"Sure. The grocery store’s open 24 hours."

"Okay," she laughed. "We gonna take Zac’s car?"

"We could. Let’s skate over there," he said sitting up.

"It’s like pitch black dark outside."

"So? There’s streetlights. And the store’s like right down the road from this neighborhood."

"Alright. I’m down with that," she said getting off the bed. "I need to put some pants on."

"Cool," Taylor said. "I’m gonna go put some socks on." He left the room while Mira stepped out of her boxer shorts and put on a pair of baggy gray cargo pants and a pair of socks. She met Taylor in the hall and they quietly descended the stairs.

"I’ll race you to the end of the aisle," Taylor said.

"We’ll so get kicked out for that," Mira smiled picking out a few peppers and putting them in a plastic bag.

"It’s completely empty in here," Taylor said looking around the desolate supermarket while he skated around her.

"Alright, fine," she agreed putting the vegetables in the cart.

"Okay, you take that aisle and I’ll take this one," Taylor instructed. They positioned themselves at the end of the first two aisles. "On three. One," he laughed. "Two...three." They took off skating down their respective aisles. Taylor reached the and of his two seconds before she finished. "Yes!" he cheered raising his arms in victory.

"Yeah, yeah," she smiled wrapping her arm around his waist. "I call do-over," she said before pushing him back and skating back to the other end of her aisle.

"Hey!" He called going after her. "No fair," he laughed after he caught up to her back where they started. He grabbed her around the waist and skated behind her.

"Hey," a man in a green apron called out. "You guys need to settle down or I’m gonna have to ask you to leave."

"Sorry, sir," Taylor said stifling a laugh. The man walked away and Mira and Taylor burst out into laughter.

"Told ya," she giggled. "Oh my God," she said taking a deep breath as they made their way back to the cart. "Let’s get the rest of the stuff."
