Preserving
Humanity
My favorite type of drawing is one of perspective. I
cannot say where I got the idea for such a picture. But I was sure I wanted
it To have three layers to it. The idea is that you are an eye in a jar.
To the bottom left you can see your partner eye in the foreground. Outside
of the jar you see a hand putting another eye in a jar. Then on the wall
you see other jarred parts. I decided to name the person to whom the parts
belonged. I asked a classmate and he volunteered a friend of his, I asked
the friend and he volunteered the first; so, they both are now immortalized
by a representation of their preserved parts.
