| Schultz has been involved in wrestling for the past four decades. He's easily the most knowledgable man in the AWA when it comes to the mat game. He broke into wrestling at the tender age of sixteen and competed for nearly twenty years before a severe neck injury ended his career. No longer able to participate inside the ring, Schultz became a manager, and a damn good one at that. He led several young prospects to the top, and was voted Manager of the Year on several occasions. Eventually, Schultz grew weary of managing, and in 1993, Schultz became a referee. Schultz served as a referee for seven years in various independant organizations before ultimately retiring in February of 2000. After over a year and a half of retirement, Schultz began to grow restless, and when he was contacted by Richard Cormier towards the end of 2002, he quickly jumped at the job of Play-by-Play Commentator! |
