This belt is made of solid sterling silver. The bottom is circular, the top somewhat more flattened, with a bump raised from the very top. Engraved on the front of the title is the same image that is on the Maryland state flag. The slanted checkers that, on a real flag, would be the Black and Gold of the Calvert Family, and the split cross bottony of the Crosslands. The ‘bump' on the top of the belt holds the same stylized OLW logo as the tag titles, only much smaller. In a semicircle of text, under the flag, it says ‘Heavyweight'. In the small gap between the bottom of the flag and the words, is a plate for the champion's name to be engraved on.

OLW Mid Atlantic Title
This one is made of pewter, and nearly square – only the edges are slightly rounded. The image on the title is that of the Eastern US coast line. In the ocean is a disproportionately large ocean liner – a very famous one that you may have heard of - the USS Constellation. The liner is facing front, turned just enough to the right that its profile can be seen. Beneath that is a plate for the champion's name to be engraved on.

This belt is made of what appears to be stainless steel. It's the traditional shape for a wrestling belt, a square with outwardly curved edges, the curve of the upper edge more pronounced. A banner across the top reads “OLW”. Underneath that, a view of Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Beneath that, it says “OLW Chesapeake Title”. Between the name of the title and the design is an area for the champion's name to be engraved.

OLW Trios Tag Titles
These titles are made out of brass. They're a coppery color, and embossed with an extremely stylized and detailed ‘OLW' across the front, along with the sillhouettes of three human figures. Under the design is a small area for the name of the champion to be engraved as needed. The titles are different shapes – one is nearly oval, one is nearly square and the other is a rectangle with a rounded top.
