Day Three

my third day there was all about me making friends with nature. here's my chippy friend playing shy.

i knew i could buy the chippy's love by feeding him peanuts.

i named him twomore because of the tumor on his back. he was cute at first, but soon the little bastard wouldn't leave us alone!

i also became better friends with the ducks. they became a little too friendly when one mistook my toes for a piece of bread. lime green nail polish = moldy bread? i don't know.

most of the day was spent on the beach. nuno liked my mad about the 80's book.

i also became friends with this little creature.

he reminded me of that character in a bug's life. i tried to get him off of the tent, but he insisted on staying on it! i soon found out why...

he made himself into a cocoon on the tent! stupid caterpillar! we had to tear him off at the end of the week. he's probably dead now because of that.

we also let shrimp out on the beach to see what sand is like.

the little shrimp had fun!

i wanted to put shrimp in the lake to see if you she could swim...

but her overly protective mommy wouldn't let me.

another pretty sunset.

then we went to the bull and quench. who knew that mini-backpacks were still the style in north bay? "who would wear a mini-backpack?!"..."IDIOTS". we found out the true opinions that north bayers have on torontonians and also reminised upon the time sam threw up infront of the arizona motel...
