Buckingham Palace

Buckingham Place is one of two Royal Palaces in London. Although the Queen has never spent the night at the other one, The Tower of London, it still is considered a Royal Palace. If you look between some of the soldiers you might be able to see another street. Down that street is the barricks where all of the soldiers wait for 11 o'clock. If you want a taxi ride to Buckingham Palace, try and get there before 10:55 am. The changing of the guard starts at 11 o'clock and takes until 12 noon. The streets are very cluttered until about 11:30. Then it moves to infront of the Palace. Buckingham Palace goes back to original name, Buckingham House, in 1624. If Queen Elizabeth is at Buckingham Palace, then The Royal Standard will be flying instead of the Union Jack. If you would like to compare the two flags please e-mail me. I had trouble trying to create a link to view it.
