turned to the world of pro wrestling, where initial work with local New
Jersey promotions finally led him to THE JWA ... Brandywine is perhaps most famous for his straight-shooting play-by-play but has been known to slip a colorful opinion or
two into his broadcasts ... He is also an accomplished ring announcer, having
addressed crowds in just about every state up and down the Northeast
corridor ... When not on tour or in the broadcast booth, he can be found at home enjoying
books, espresso with a splash of Sambuca, and imported Swedish films
