Chonk is a strange strange man, who's been lurking around the information super highway for years. mixing up all the elements of music and noise surrounding him, creating a beyond belief hybrid of folk/techno/punk rock/feedback reminiscent of early Beck or Ween.
Having released several albums himself over the past few years, he was kind enough to grace Hello Doll with a quasi-"greatest hits" with some new gems and re-recordings mixed in.
The latest word on the street is that he's hooked up with another strange strange man, Derek Allen and the two may be collaborating on a project in the future.
