The Dreaded Legions of the Twilight Guild has created a library for its members. On the quest for total neopets domination you need more then just strength and weapons. You also need to have intelligence. But going to the Book Shop can be a frustrating experience. Too many books to keep track of, sells out fast. So that's what the library is for. Here are the answers to your questions on using the library.
Who Can Use The Library?
All members of the guild who have been part of the guild for at least 1 month.
How Often Can You Use the Library?
You can trade the books you don't need for books of equal Shop wizard price any time during the month.
Or, get 1 book a week for a small charge.
Where is the Library?

How to get the books?
First go to the libary and pick out the book you are interested in. Each book has a Neopoint value assigned to it. These values tell you which bottle of sand to buy. The values are:
Books Priced at 11111=Red Sand=50 NP
Books Priced at 22222=Green Sand=100 NP
Books Priced at 33333=Blue Sand=150 NP
Books Priced at 44444=Black Sand=200 NP
Anything Priced at 99999 is not for sale. They can only be given for a trade.
After selecting the book you want and purchasing the correct bottle of sand send a neomail with the title of the book and the bottle of sand to blinded99.
How to do a Trade
Send a Neomail to blinded99 and say what book you want and what you are willing to trade for it. If it is an acceptable trade I will neomail you back and place the book in the trading post.
Why The Charge for the Books?
Until the Library has a way to keep pay for itself most of the cost of the books and shop have come from my own account. Eventually i'm hoping to get rid of this charge. But i need a way to pay to keep the library stocked and the small amounts helps me do this.
Can i Make Donations?
Yes. Donate any item you don't need. I auction them off to help make NeoPoints to buy more books. Send the items to Blinded99. If you want to donate Neopoints let me know and i'll put a low priced item in the library for you to buy. And remember...all donations are remembered.
How Are the Prices Determined?
A average of the lowest prices on the shop wizard. I've divided the prices into 5 ranges. 500 and under, 500-1000, 1000-1500, 1500 to 2000. Anything over 2000 is trade only. If you want to know what price i'm using for a specific book because you want to do a trade neomail blinded99. And if you think a book is priced to high let me know and i will look into it.
Can Specific Titles Be Requested?
Yes, but please be reasonable. I won't spend unreasonable amounts of NP to get rare titles. To make a request neomail Blinded99.
Other Rules
Anyone found taken advantage of the library will be cut off. Examples include: Requesting books without buying the sand and only getting high priced books just to resell them. I will also be keeping track of the books requested and anyone always requesting only expensive books will have their library privileges revoked.
