Dear Gen,

I am glad to tell you that since I have been on the 
INFa lozenges, I have had many fewer oral ulcers 
and the ones I have had have been minor, except 
following surgery or other medical procedures that 
I had without steroids.  The air tube caused a huge 
ulcer the entire roof of my mouth and it took forever
to heal until Dr. Papas told me to hold the lozenges 
directly against it.  That helped a great deal and 
the healing started immediately.
