Hailing from Parts Unknown, Utah, Dr. Payne earned his degree in Gynecological medicine from the University of Utah. After completing his degree, Dr. Payne began to pratice gynecological medicine in the state of Utah, but his life was incomplete. He had a burning desire to inflict pain upon people. His patients were very displeased to learn of this fact, as Dr. Payne would often subject them to his sadistic whims. Finally, one night, while relaxing after a long day at the office, Dr. Payne realized that his needs to hurt people would never be satisfied in the world of gynecological medicine, so he embarked upon a new career, that as Dr. Payne, the worlds first adn only wrestling gynecologist!
Dr. Payne is a handosme man, with a nice quaf of hair on his chest, and rugged good looks (much like Bruce Campbell). His hair is brown, which he combs over to one side of his face. He is always clean shaven. He is muscular, but not overly cut. He usually has a wild look in his eye's.
Dr. Payne comes to the ring in full medicle room scrubs, that are covered in the blood of his patients. Upon entering the arena, the building goes dark, and all you can hear is the beeping of an EMG machine. After a few moments, Dr. Payne, who has a spotlight on him so that he is the only illuminated person in he building, begins to walk down the aisle. Once he reaches the ring, Dr. Payne walks calmly up the stairs and step between the top and middle rope. He then goes to the turnbuckle, stands on the middle rope, and holds up his medicle bag for all to see. The lights then come back up.
