Background:
Bryant is rather well known in the regional wrestling circuit, serving as both a wrestler and promoter over the past fifteen years. He started his career with humble beginnings, learning the craft while working on a ring crew for local promotions after his sixteenth birthday. By the time he was eighteen, he decided to try his hand in a match and, to be as blunt as possible, was just horrible. One thing that can be said about Dean, though, is that he has a tremendous work ethic and was back in the ring the very next week, already displaying signs of improvement. Bryant continued working on local independent shows before finally getting a shot with a traveling, region organization around the time he turned twenty. Unlike many of the others his age that lost their promise to the temptations of the road, Bryant maintained the straight and narrow and devoted himself entirely to his chosen profession. He became rather well known in the region and appeared to have limitless promise. In March of 1995, however, his life changed forever in a botched spot against a wrestling newcomer. Bryant found himself knocked from a ladder and landed back-first on a ringpost. His back was broken and his life quickly took a different path. In 1999, Bryant returned to wrestling, this time as owner and head promoter for Extreme Kentucky Wrestling (later renamed the Southeast Wrestling Federation), leading a band of hardcore misfits to regional prominence in the southeast region. He took his approach to the SWF with the same approach he took to his wrestling career and found himself spending more money and more time than he thought humanly possible to make his organization the pinnacle of wrestling excellence. By the time his energy and funding had been stretched to their limits, the SWF was the prominent organization on the eastern side of the Mississippi River, rivaled only by the Atlantic Wrestling Association. For a time, neither organization was in business, but now that the AWA is back, Bryant feels the need to prove once again that the SWF is still the federation that every other federation strives to emulate.

Description:
Bryant is not in quite the physical shape that he was in at his prime in the early 90s, but is still nothing to sneeze at. His upper body strength is phenomenal, though it is sometimes hidden under a suit jacket. Bryant is strictly business outside the ring, always dressing as if he owns the company. He likes to wear a black suit with a bold blue shirt and black tie. When he comes to the ring, however, Bryant knows that this style of dress could get in his way and tends to remove the jacket as well as roll up the sleeves of his shirt. Bryant has the facial features of a businessman that has seen both the good and bad times of his company. He keeps his brown hair cut to a conservatively short length and avoids any obvious signs of flashiness such as gaudy necklaces or other expensive jewelry.
