::Christmas Classic::
A Pro, complete with quarter-finals, included newly-sponsored Todd Lyons. Lyons was sporting his new Factory SE uniform in Columbus. AA Pro, Travis Turresson was also in new colors. He is now riding for Factory Clayborn along with Expert Ams like Barry Nobles and John Andrews.

Doing it for S & M/Stileman, Carley Young was on FIRE in Ohio. You could tell just from practice that Carley was going to be a force to be reckoned with. And so it was... Young one a handfull of motos, transferred all the way through 1/4's to her Classic main on Day #1, and only missed Day #2's main by inches. Pro Girl Newcomer, Angelica Alexander ended up taking that one.

She may get her name pronounced wrong a lot by announcers, but I think Katie Shedivy could care less as long as she's out infront. She definitely was in Ohio, even with the likes of J & R Express' Kelly Hutto, Force's Kara Goudey, Factory Hyper/Hot Wheels' Jessica Moore, and Race Girls' Christine Miller. 14 Girls' definitely wasn't an easy class at all. During the President's Cup, I got killed in the 1/4's, but my buddy, Jessi Helmer, made it through all the craziness to take home her 1st President's Cup.

OK... So it's come to that point where I have to give props to Ohio. As you all may or may not know, Florida was knocked off her throne on December 28, 2002. This happened when the state of Ohio beat the state of Florida by a mere 2 points. One of the little Ohio-ians (???) that was out on top a lot was little Tommy Zula of Factory H & H. That's ok... you just wait until January 3rd...

The guy who doesn't know what it feels like 2nd place... CJ McGuire of Factory Hyper/Hotwheels is probably capped out by now. He even attempted, and I'm not sure if he made it or not, to touch the banner above the pro section on the 2nd straight. A couple guys on Dan's Competition were giving him a VERY good run for his money... (literally... in 16 & Over Open), but CJ went out victorious.
