The Open Class rules permit only 3 ozs of fuel used for ALL four engines without incurring a weight penalty. A very well trained team is mandatory to get the motors started, the plane released, in the air and back down without going over the limit..

These are awesome in flight!

With about 85 to 100 pounds of ballast, 200 foot takeoffs are possible with 4 motors running.. flight can be sustained with 3. Landing runs are looooooonnnngggg!
