Hit Die: d4.
The enigmatic followers of Cela uphold the law while coming disturbingly close to breaking it themselves. For Celans, nothing is a more fitting tribute to the boundaries of the law than skirting close to them without violating them. To fulfill the myriad duties Cela entrusts them with, most of those who feel called to become Lawabiders tend to multiclass heavily, gaining a wide variety of skills and abilities..
To qualify to become a Lawabider, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.
Alignment: Any lawful.
Skills: Concentration 5 ranks, Disguise 10 ranks, Knowledge (religion) 5 ranks, Knowledge (local) 5 ranks. If the DM deems it appropriate, ranks in Knowledge (history) or Knowledge (nobility and royalty) may be substituted for ranks in Knowledge (local).
Feats: Track, Proficiency with all martial weapons.
Spellcasting: Ability to cast first-level divine spells.
Special: The character must hunt and slay a known lawbreaker of at least equal level. New applicants are occasionally given the task of slaying fallen Lawabiders who have lost their balance and broken the Law.
The Lawabider's class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Balance (Dex), Bluff (Cha), Climb (Str), Craft (Int), Decipher Script (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Disable Device (Int), Disguise (Cha), Escape Artist (Dex), Forgery (Int), Gather Information (Cha), Hide (Dex), Intimidate (Cha), Jump (Str), Listen (Wis), Move Silently (Dex), Open Lock (Dex), Search (Int), Sense Motive (Wis), Sleight of Hand (Dex), Spot (Wis), Swim (Str), Tumble (Dex), Use Magic Device (Cha), and Use Rope (Dex).
Skill Points at Each Level: 6 + Int modifier.

All of the following are Class Features of the Lawabider prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Lawabiders gain no additional armor or weapon proficiencies.
Code of Conduct: A Lawabider must be of lawful alignment and loses all class abilities and benefits if he ever changes or violates his alignment, or strays from devotion to Cela. Whatever the reason, actual violation of the Law by one entrusted with this duty cannot be atoned for.
Spells per Day/Spells Known: When a new even-numbered Lawabider level is gained, the character gains new spells per day (and spells known, if applicable) as if he had also gained a level in one divine spellcasting class in which he could cast spells before he added the prestige class level. He does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained. If a character had more than one divine spellcasting class in which he could cast spells before he became a Lawabider, he must decide to which class he adds each level of Lawabider for the purpose of determining spells per day.
Bard Progression: At each level, a Lawabider's bardic music and bardic knowledge abilities progress as if he had taken a level in bard. At odd-numbered class levels, a Lawabider's bardic spellcasting abilities (spells known and spells per day) progress as if he had taken a level in bard. He does not gain any other benefit of the bard class from these levels. If the Lawabider does not have bardic music, bardic knowledge, or bardic spellcasting ability to begin with, he cannot benefit from the bard progression.
Still Mind (Ex): Lawabiders, by virtue of training, inspiration, and necessity, gain increased resistance to compulsions, charms, and enchantments. A Lawabider of 2nd level or higher gains a bonus on saving throws against spells and effects from the school of enchantment equal to his Lawabider levels.
Bonus Domain: At 4th level, a Lawabider gains one additional domain of his choice. Domains available are: Luck, Trickery, Magic, Law, and Protection.
Friend of Cela: A Lawabider with 7 or more class levels can speak with any living creature.
Greater Still Mind (Ex): At 9th level, the bonus from Still Mind applies to all mind-affecting effects.
The Last Inch (Su): At 10th level, a Lawabider can grant himself and all allies within 30' a deflection bonus to AC equal to his class levels. Each ally affected expends one turning attempt. He may choose to include or exclude allies from the effect. The bonus lasts for one minute. This ability is usable once per day.
