Sales Director

images As our Sales Director of Strategic Department Stores (SDS), you'll develop, manage and guide sales activities for the SDS team. You'll propose and execute policies and programs to achieve maximum sales volume potential for products and/or services. You'll design and apply sales strategy and plans and create and implement a dynamic business plan for revenue growth and other financial targets. You'll also lead the process for realistic and accurate scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives, business analysis and opportunity identification. You'll drive sales and sales initiatives that maximize revenue and profits for key consumer groups through strategically planned account management. You'll also visit key markets to evaluate operations. You'll motivate and lead Product, Account and Operation Managers in developing strategies, executing business plans and developing quality relationships with your client base. You'll manage the SDS team and be responsible for hiring, developing, coaching and counseling direct reports
