Hi and welcome to my web page. This web page may not be anything special, but I decided to make it in order to help other people deal with IBS. Just recently I was diagnosed with IBS and I'm on of the first people to say that it is one of the hardest things I have ever had to deal with. On this site, I'm going to make a type of journal telling people of what I'm going through and how to deal with it, certain things that work for me, and certain things you can do to control your IBS. I really hope this can help some people out there.
