I would like to give thanks to numerous individuals. Tim Jackson, Tim Nias, Bryan Grieg Fry, and Scott Eipper, I would like to thank for their providing scientific and common names for numerous species that I have listed. I would like to give a special thanks to Greg Longhurst. He has helped me greatly in correct spellings and has provided other information as well. Jerry Feldner and Bobby Neal for updating me on some of my outdated names.
