Call Center Agent (CCA): Several Positions Available, Come join our team!

Job Description:  Call Center Agents receive incoming/(inbound) calls from residential or commercial clients that wish to have a service technician sent to their home or business.  CCA's also have some outbound call duties like contacting clients for satisfaction surveys, client retention and some product sales.  This position reports directly to the Call Center Shift Team Lead.

Qualifications

bulletApplicants must be articulate and comfortable speaking with clients. CCA's also utilize "scripts" to ensure that the highest level of professionalism is maintained on each call.
bulletApplicants must be able to type at least 35 wpm and must have experience using WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK.
bulletMust have experience working directly with customers in some type of service based industry, preferably a call center environment.
bulletApplicants must be professional, mature, non-confrontational and responsible.
bulletBi-lingual a plus!

Compensation:  In addition to the generous base wage we offer, we feel that those Agents who strive to provide outstanding service-who go out of their way to be the best they can be-should be rewarded even more! Shifts:  The Call Center operates between the hours of 6am - 11pm Monday thru Friday and 6 am to 10pm Saturday and Sunday!                                                                                

Agents are divided in to 3 teams:                                                                           

!!!AVAILABLE!!!   A Team:  6:00 am to 2:30 Monday thru Sunday* 

!!!AVAILABLE!!!   B Team:  10:00 am to 6:30 Monday thru Sunday*

!!!AVAILABLE!!!   C Team:  2:30pm-11:00pm Monday thru Friday & 1:30pm-10:00pm Saturday and Sunday*                                                                                                                 

* Scheduled OFF DAYS are usually consecutive, New Hires usually work a minimum of 1 weekend day per pay period.  The hours listed above for the Teams A, B and C do not change, eligible candidates must be able to work these hours without limitations in order to be considered for the position.

Team Lead (TL):  Do you have what it takes?

Job Description:  Team Leads are responsible for a team of 5-8 Call Center Agents (CCA's).  TL's are the "Front Line" Leaders who really run the show!  These multi-tasker's ensure that their teams strive to meat their service and quality goals! This position reports directly to the Call Center Manager.

Qualifications

bulletApplicants must have call center experience in a Team Lead or Lead Agent capacity. 
bulletApplicants must be familiar with ACD call center metrics like AHT: Average Hold Time, Conversion: Calls vs Jobs/Sales and Talk Time (or similar operational statistics).
bulletMust have superior communication skills and the ability to communicate with their team members and all levels of management.
bulletMust have strong technical skills and abilities, EXCEL, POWER POINT, WORD, OUTLOOK and any ACD program familiarity. 
bulletQuality Assurance is extremely important to us, TL applicants must understand the importance of QA and it's procedures like monitoring forms, coaching and monitoring.
bulletMust be a motivated multi-tasker who is comfortable with all aspects of a managerial-type position including motivation, delivering feedback and discipline.
bulletBi-lingual a plus!

Compensation:  Similar to the CCA's wage detailed above, Team Leads are offered a generous base wage and a considerate bonus structure. The TL's wage is determined in part, by how well their team performs, strives to reach their goals and communicates with each other.  This is  great opportunity for a strong Team Leader to do what they love and get rewarded for their hard work!
