Call Center Agent (CCA): Several Positions Available, Come join our team! Job Description: Call Center Agents receive incoming/(inbound) calls from residential or commercial clients that wish to have a service technician sent to their home or business. CCA's also have some outbound call duties like contacting clients for satisfaction surveys, client retention and some product sales. This position reports directly to the Call Center Shift Team Lead. Shifts: The Call Center operates between the hours of 6am - 11pm Monday thru Friday and 6 am to 10pm Saturday and Sunday! Agents are divided in to 3 teams: !!!AVAILABLE!!! A Team: 6:00 am to 2:30 Monday thru Sunday* !!!AVAILABLE!!! B Team: 10:00 am to 6:30 Monday thru Sunday* !!!AVAILABLE!!! C Team: 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday thru Friday & 1:30pm-10:00pm Saturday and Sunday* * Scheduled OFF DAYS are usually consecutive, New Hires usually work a minimum of 1 weekend day per pay period. The hours listed above for the Teams A, B and C do not change, eligible candidates must be able to work these hours without limitations in order to be considered for the position. Team Lead (TL): Do you have what it takes? Job Description: Team Leads are responsible for a team of 5-8 Call Center Agents (CCA's). TL's are the "Front Line" Leaders who really run the show! These multi-tasker's ensure that their teams strive to meat their service and quality goals! This position reports directly to the Call Center Manager. Qualifications:
Compensation: Similar to the CCA's wage detailed above, Team Leads are offered a generous base wage and a considerate bonus structure. The TL's wage is determined in part, by how well their team performs, strives to reach their goals and communicates with each other. This is great opportunity for a strong Team Leader to do what they love and get rewarded for their hard work!
