  The Rummage Sale Lady is bossy, suspicious, vengeful, and self-righteous. She has no time for fools and idiots! She's the ultimate adult and Arlo's nemesis.

Known for her fabulous rummage sales that go on year round, The RSL is the head of the Grover's Canyon neighborhood association and a steely tyrant.

The Rummage Sale Lady's only known friend is her dog, Vicious. Vicious has the personality of a lawnmower and the teeth of a piranha.

Together they terrorize their neighborhood.
