Afghanistan 2013
In August 2013 I taught cello for a week at the Afghanistan National Institute of Music, where my brother William has taught violin since March 2010. Luckily for me my brother's position on Afghanistan has brought him into contact with several members of the Afghan royal family, two of whom I had the privilege of meeting.
