This one is a portrait of my beloved little pug, bruno. I saw some drawings done in ink over watercolor and decided to try out the technique. The colors are done in watercolor. The black is done in fine-point marker. I started off using pointilism, but it was tedious so I switched to crosshatching. I think the combination has a nice effect, don't you?
