ESSAY QUESTIONS

1. It is easier to get large amounts of energy from fossil fuels than from any other energy resource. But using fossil fuels has many disadvantages. Name one disadvantage of using fossil fuels, and identify what is being done to decrease the disadvantage.

2. People use mineral resources in many ways. Identify two uses of nimeral resources and identify two ways mineral mining affects the land.

3. Identify four ways you can reduce, reuse, or recycle natural resources. Also explain how each way you choose helps to conserve natural resources.
