Adriene visits Michael

I got there around 3:00 PM or so with my best friend and my parents. There are two mausoleums (where they're buried in the walls) at this cememtary (Ocean View Burial Park and Mauloleum). The address is 4000 Imperial, Burnaby, BC Canada. It's really easy to find. Anyways, we went to the first mausoleum and couldnt find him so finally at like 3:15, my dad went across the cemetary to a different one and asked where he was. They told him go to the south mausoleum so he came back and got us. We drove over to the other side. It's really small compared to the other mausoleum and I got out of the car, and was looking around.

Then, I see this guy in a green truck. Ya know, I always check out guys my age and so I was kinda staring at him and he was looking back. Then, his mom got in the car then his dad. They were all looking at me and I saw the dad and immidiatly recognized him! THAT WAS MICHAEL'S PARENTS!!!! And his brother steven!! My jaws must have dropped like to the ground cause I couldnt move! I was soooo shocked and I was just sooo surprised! For some stupid reason, I didn't even think that I would actually see them there! But, they moved in like slow motion as they drove away. They were looking at me the whole time and occasionally stopping the truck to look at me. Domenic even rolled down the window to get a better look! I was soooo shocked!

Gloria's face was so incredible. You could tell there were a thousand different feelings inside. You could see pain but also, you could see how happy she was that when they had to be gone, I was there for him. They all had a look of curiosity on their faces. It was soo undescribable!

After that, it was very hard to see the grave, to actually have seen the people in his life that knew him best. It was amazing. It's something I will never forget. And to see all those pictures and fresh flowers and to be there was soo powerful and still influences me in everything I do.

I want to thank Adriene once again for allowing MCO and all it's visitors to take a look at these photos. These are here for all of the people who can't go to visit Michael's physically, now they can maybe find peace in these pictures.
