Appearance: Kenji is 5' 3" tall and weighs about 110 lbs. He has
medium-length black hair and green eyes. He usually wears a
short-sleeve
shirt with jeans or overalls.
Personality: Kenji is pretty easygoing, but a little lazy at times. He
helps his sister in the shop, but his assistance usually boils down to
handing her tools that she asks for while he reads manga (and usually
paying more attention to the manga). He will be much more interested if
given an opportunity to help with the hardsuits, mainly because he
wants
to learn to make his own if the Knightsabers won't make one for him
(yeah...sure, kid :P ) He cares about Nao a lot and is amazed by her
fighting ability. His current passion is manga and he wants to be a
manga artist/writer when he grows up. He practices drawing constantly,
even when he should be doing his homework. He likes to use humor to
diffuse conflicts (not always successful).
History: Kenji never knew much about his sister because she left when
he
was still very young and his parents refused to talk about her. Then,
one day, a group of men came and took them hostage. They were some
former clients of Nao who wanted her to do one last job for them, but
she refused, saying she wanted out of the assassination business. They
were using Kenji and his family to lure his sister into a trap. Even
though they disowned her, Nao felt obligated to rescue her family.
Maybe
it would even lead to a reconciliation. With the assistance of her
intended victim, she faked the assassination. When she returned,
however, she found that they didn't intend to let her or her family
live. She tried to stop them, but not before they had already killed
her
parents. She only managed to save Kenji. Since then, Kenji has lived
with Nao while she tries to make a new life for herself.
