Catnip...Yesterday I was feeling nice so I bought my kitties a little catnip ball to play with. The ball came with extra catnip to refill the ball with. I filled the little ball and the cats loved it. I put the extra catnip in a little zip-lock bag and set it on the counter. Later, after returning from the store, I walked into a room covered by catnip. One of the cats had jumped onto the counter and snatched the catnip bag and found a way to tear holes in the bag to get to the yummy stuff. It mad me a little mad that I had just spent money on this and expected it to last...though seeing the cats high on catnip was worth it. (note: no kitties were harmed in this situation)
Weather...Well, the weather is much better lately. I guess I am just annoyed that I didn't spend more time out in the sun this summer...I'm so lazy, haha. :)
School...School is going well so far except for all the walking! I sometimes take the bus across campus, but usually walking will get me there faster. Anyway...I'm not used to all this walking, and man am I tired. :)
Webpages...I don't know if anyone has noticed or not but I kind of get annoyed at pages that complain about how fast a another page loads. Well...the way I see it is if someone takes the time to add all that stuff to their page then it must be pretty good. Right? Anyway, a lot of award sites add that as one of their criteria for giving out their award. Hey, I can't help it if my site loads slow...it loads fine for me. :)
Halloween already?...What is with stores like Wal-Mart and K-Mart already selling Halloween stuff? I've even seen Thanksgiving stuff out too! I think I started seeing the stuff out there in early September. It's like, I enjoy the holidays and all, but I get tired of seeing the stuff this early.
Don't stand near mud puddles on rainy days...The other day a friend an I were waiting for a campus bus and some dork in a red car drove by really close to the curb and spashed water on us. I think it was on purpose. It was like, I was standing there and I saw him coming and I thought he was going to drive around it, but he didn't and a hugh tidal wave of crappy water came down on us. It really sucked.
School (again)...Well...here it is January again and I should be getting ready for school...yet...lucky me doesn't have to go this semester! Yay. I've decided not to go because I just don't know what I want to do with my life and I've wasted the last 3 years in college piddling around for nothing. Anyway...I guess that's not really an annoyance...but I had to add it.
Darn colds and sickness...There's nothing I hate more in the winter months than those pesky colds I get. I had a really crappy illness the other day, which was more like a stomach flu...but still sucked. Anyway, I knew you wanted to know that. :)
Wedding Planning...I have about four more months to go until my wedding and I really need to start planning it! Geeze! I am so bad at it. I just got my dress the other day, and there are still so many more things to do. (Ok...this really isn't much of an annoyance, but it is kind of a pain!)
Lovely winter weather...I am about sick of this crappy weather. It's cold one day and then warms up a little the next. It's crazy. It even rained the other day and snowed the next. It's making me crazy. I can't wait for spring.
Y2K...All I have to say is HA HA HA to those dopes that thought their lives were going to end on new years. Don't you feel like crap now. HA! (this is an older one, but it is still funny)
Wedding Planning...Well, I'm down to 32 days left until the big day and little things are starting to annoy me. For instance, my dress, which was altered 3 weeks ago still hasn't come in yet! That alteration lady better get on the ball and get done with it soon...it's making me nervous.
MTV...You don't know how sick I am of hearing people say.."oh you watch MTV? You're a sell-out!" I am so sick of this! I happen to like some of the shows and music. So what that I watch it from time to time. To each his own!
Bad Neighbors...Ok. So we I don't mow the lawn everyday...so what. I have a really dumb neighbor who actually reported us to the police for not mowing our lawn. What's up with that!? It had been raining the previous couple of days so we couldn't mow. The next thing we know, we're in some sort of city violation. A litte background on the neighbor--he has people come a spray his lawn with chemicals to keep it green, and he mows a lot. I just can't and won't try to compete with that...too expensive!
Back to school...Well, I just signed up for fall classes the other day. It seemed to go pretty well. I guess this really isn't a annoyance but I suppose it will be...stay tuned for crappy school reports.
My dog...Ok. I have a 2 dogs, George and Ginger. The one I have a problem with is George. He is the dumbest dog alive. (no offense to the animal rights people) Right now we have him chained up, it's ok, he has access to food and shelter. If we un-chain him he manages to jump over the fence. If we keep him chained up he get tangled up on stuff, like the tree, his dog house, the old satellite pole, bushes, you name it he can find a way to get caught on it. It is getting to be a big pain to untangle him several times a day. I am losing my mind! Any suggestions on what to do?
TV...Is it just me or does it seem like everything on tv these days suck? The news is always sad and depressing, commercials are always trying to sell stuff no one really needs, and music channels are about 95% teenage crap (aka Brittney Spears) Why can't I just find a good channel without a lot of nonsense?
