Tabitha King is a very consciencious writer. She has the drive and motivation for writing stories that captivate and frighten. The Trap is the story of a woman who gets caught in a whirlwind in her marriage, and decides to take her young son to their summer home for a break. During this time she is taken hostage by a trio of psychos!!! I loved this book! Even though it was excellent, their was a little uninteresting babble in the middle. This was a major drag for one day, but the stuff on either side of it was kick-butt!
