If you are a Christian, then you know that your problems did not go away the moment you were converted. You have a friend in Jesus, but you also have an enemy in Satan. The Bible identifies Satan as "the accuser of our bretheren" (Rev. 12:10) among several other things. That means that one of his key strategies is to attack you with condemnation, and to get you to doubt God's forgiveness even after you've received it. So if you still feel guilty about some sin(s) you've committed and confessed to God long ago, you need to stand upon what God's Word says about you. Take the time to memorize and meditate upon what God's Word says about you.
