Chasing People
One day, my family and I went to my cousin’s house in Sacramento. We went there in the fall. When we got there, my sister, Christy, and I went into their backyard. First, I asked my cousin’s father if he would let me feed the birds. Christy came and asked me if she could help, too. When we were done, we asked him if we could plant flowers. He said, "Yes, you can plant some of my flowers.
Then a huge, black, furry, mean dog and his cute, nice, furry and small puppy came outside. The huge, black, furry, mean dog chased my little sister and me. Christy climbed a ladder and I climbed a tree. It started to rain and it was also windy. My uncle came and chased the dog away and he told my sister, Christy, and me to get down.
We all went into the house and began it began to rain harder and harder, and it began to get darker. My mom told my big, nice sister and me to go make rice, meats, and eggs. We put the cups and plates on the table. "We are going to eat," said mom. We all ate and ate until we were full.
My uncle let the nice, furry, small puppy in and the huge, black, furry, mean dog in also. They were cold outside, because it was raining and also windy.
We went to brush our teeth and go read for thirty minutes and write for twenty minutes. When we were finished reading and writing my dad told us to go to sleep. The next day, my three sisters and I woke up at six O’clock A.M. and we brushed our hair and teeth, so our teeth will not be yellow.
It was the Hmong New Year, so my two big, nice sisters were wearing Hmong clothes and so did I. When we got to Oroville I was so happy. We walked all around and we bought a really pretty pink rose. It smelled good. Finally, we packed our clothes and came home. It was a nice day!
