On Friday I went hunting with my dad. We went to the big green mountain to hunt deer and squirrel. My dad took me, my cousin and his dad with us in my dad’s black Toyota. I woke up at 7:30 and I woke my dad up. My dad, my cousin and I went hunting together in the woods.
When we got to the woods I stayed and watched to see if there were gray squirrels or brown deer. Then, I saw three deer. One was the mom and two were babies. My dad turned around and the deer ran away. He chased the deer in to the woods. My dad came back and he said, “I could not catch it.” Then we went back to our tent.
When we didn’t get anything we went back home, because it started to rain. All the deer were hiding in the woods. We came back in the car with my dad and my cousin. We were hungry, so we went to Sacramento and ate Chinese food. After that we went home in the car. When I got home I told my mom about all the things we did on our camping trip. We had a very good time.

FISHING
On Monday it was sunny and my whole family went to Ellis Lake to fish.We went in the blue, shinny van to Ellis Lake.
When we got there we went to the lake and fished. We caught two fish and we put them in a bucket. After fishing we fed the ducks. While I was feeding the ducks I found a reddish, orange crab in the water. When we were finished we had a picnic.
We didn’t have anything to do, so we came home. When we got home my mom and dad cleaned the fish. After my dad and my mom finished cleaning the fish we cooked them. We ate all the fish. It was kind of good. My family and I had fun at the lake.
