"Hey Sammy, where's your cousin?" Stephanie asked impatiently.
She replied, "I don't know, but I can see why he would be late," She laughed in her head, he had always been late. They had been friends even though they were complete opposites like her relationship with Stephanie.
"Two hours late, Sammy? I don't think so" Stephanie replied. Sammy had doubts ever since she sent the message saying they wouldn't make it, she had doubts.
"Let's just get a hotel room, then we could call him from there." She said calmly. She wondered where Justin could be. *Hotel Room*
"He turned his cell phone off!" Sammy exclaimed. She never usually raised her voice, but Justin made her mad.
Now it was Stephanie's turn to be the calm one, "Listen, how about we make the best of it, we could go for a girl's night out, we could even go clubbing. Then we could come back and call him again." Sammy finally agreed.
"I have to go do something, I'll be right back. Gimme 10 minutes I promise." Sammy said. She needed some time to be alone. She went to a nearby park outside the hotel. Her dad getting married had taken a toll on her. She had always thought that her parents would get back together. She liked Stephanie's mom but she didn't want her as a mother. After 5 minutes of sitting in a park bench, she turned to see the guy from the airport sitting next to her. She smiled again.
About 10 more minutes had passed since she saw the strange man again she asked Steph if she was ready to go. She nodded and they left on there way. Half way through the lobby, Stephanie had forgotten that she needed to pick up some sun tan lotion. She was just about to get out of the car to buy it.
"Don't bother, Steph, I'll get it." Sammy said. Stephanie just shrugged.
She the store and went looking down the aisles for sun tan lotion. She was walking and tripped over a box of Cheerios someone knocked over she grasped something in her site. After she had regained her balance she stood up to see what she had hit. She laughed when she saw who she hit. It was the guy. The first she had noticed about him was his eyes. He had these amazing blue eyes.
"Thanks" she managed to choke out. JC was amazed at the sense of humor she had when she saw him.
"What's so funny?" He asked curiously.
"I have seen you like 5 times today, and it's only my first day in Orlando!" She exclaimed.
"Well, since I've seen you like 5 times, I think I deserve to know your name," JC said.
"Sammy and yours?" She replied.
"I'm JC"
"Well JC it was nice seeing you again, but I'm sure your busy and I really have to go"
"When will I see you again, Sammy?" He asked curiously.
"Well, if this keeps up...everywhere" She replied, as she went to the checkout counter. She really felt comfortable with JC and she didn't want that. After the past few relationships, she hated guys. JC especially scared her. She knew she would be seeing him again, what if he wanted to date her or something? She couldn't think about anything, he had inhabited her mind.
