Wicked lady's true identity is that of Reini
(Chibiusai). Driven by her need to be a "lady" like her mother, Reini stole the future Queen's silver crystal. The Crystal became part of Reini allthough, no-one knew this. The wise man or doom phantom of the dark moon family, reconized the hidden power in Reini and was determined to turn her to the dark ways. By altering a few of Reini's memories and using her guilt against her he succeded. He aged her to 16 and gave her frequent energy boost from the dark crystal when his controll was weakening over her. He tried to use her to open a portal to destroy the world before Sailor Moon broke the wise man's hold on her.
