Vindian Spiderhands is a half-elven fighter/thief who exists in the same time as Kord, on the same world (Toril), but has never actually met him. He is the son of a modest merchant, and has two sisters and a younger brother (all half-elven, including the parents). His parents believe that he works as a carpenter in Suzail. Chaotic good in alignment, Vindian is light-hearted, open, and inclined toward mercy as long as he believes that he isn't going to regret it later. Frankly, he avoids violence as often as possible. He is primarily a second story man, a specialist at getting into the upper windows of a home to do his work. Vindian has a unique item that he salvaged from the body of a man he was forced to kill, a man who was not only a necromancer, but who ran a prostitution ring. It is a Pink Feather of Pimp Slapping, and it does 3d6 damage (blunt) to those struck by his hand while it is in his posession. His primary weapon (unless on a job) is a two-handed sword. If on a job, he carries a Scimitar +1. Incidentally, if asked his name by someone he doesn't know, he will answer, "Wraevin, my good man. Wraevin Slowhand."
