Kevvy Kev woke up one morning,
Feeling slightly more than boring,
"What is wrong with me?" he said,
"Theres this weird feeling in my head!
Im feeling utterly awake,
Maybe Ive been through a quake!"
He hurriedly walked to the window,
opened it, and saw a bimbo,
"How strange!" he said, "That bimbo there,
Has got my picture in her hair!
And that man across the street,
Has Kevin shoes upon his feet!
No one out there looks like all the
teenyboppers Ive grown fond of!
All of them look older, wiser,
Oh my gosh, they look like misers!
Where are all the teenyboppers,
That scream and cheer, and drive me bonkers!
Something has gone oh so wrong!
And look at me, is this a thong!"
Kevvy Kev, he hurried over,
to the phone, dialed up a number,
"Brian, Brian, is that you?"
"What is it, Kev, Im on the loo!"
"Sorry Brian!" Kevin said,
"But something is wrong with my head,
Im feeling so much different now,
My pics on the head of a cow!
And even though Im good as new,
This old mans wearing Kevin shoes!
My heads stopped spinning round and round,
And my feet actually feel like theyre on the ground!"
"Calm down, Cuz Kevin," Bri said calmly,
"Just tell me, do youre hands feel clammy?"
Kevin clenched his fists together,
But they felt as soft as feathers,
"No, they dont, they feel so soft!"
Kevin said, and then he coughed!
"Ah ha!" Brian said with no hint of glee,
"Its the flu thats got to thee!"
Now Kevin knew he was going crazy,
Bri was speaking weird, and sounding lazy.
Kevin quickly hung up the phone,
And once again was all alone.
Then there came a knock at the door,
And in walked AJ looking a bore!
Wearing only a t shirt and jeans,
Which made him look exceptionally lean,
"AJ, what happened!" Kevin said,
"Theres no wacky hat upon your head,
What happened to your crazy wardrobe,
And all those rings that were on your earlobes?"
AJ laughed, then smiled, then frowned,
Then he stated, sounded very loud,
"Kev, I havent changed a thing!
I simply dont know what you mean!
My earring still in my ears,
Im dressed crazy and very weird!
Are you feeling alright, bro?"
Kevin just ran out the door.
He ran and ran and ran and ran,
(Bumping into many older fans,)
He ran until the sun was set,
He ran and ran until he met,
Howie and Nick walking down the street,
(with no Kevin shoes upon their feet!),
They brought him to the home of Brian,
Kevin sensed the smell of potatoes fryin,
They brought to the back outside,
Where they had a birthday surprise!
Thats when Kevin knew what was wrong,
As the guests to his party sang that familiar song,
"Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you!
Happy Birthday dear Kevin, Happy Birthday to you!"
Kevin now knew all the reasons,
Why his mind had changed, like the seasons,
Kevin now was twenty-eight!
A man in all prespectivesbut wait!
