Tell her I am thinking of her, and I am praying for her, to gain all the strength she needs, emotionally, spiritually and bodily. I am so glad that they caught this thing early enough to do something posoitive about it.
Sometimes we parents forget about the other kids. We don't mean to, it is just that we know that you are healthy so we don't need to worry. Parents are used to being able to fix things and this is something in which we have no control. All we want is to make things better. It is a very scary feeling. I know that it is scary for you too because you don't want to see your sister sick or your mom feeling so scared. Tell your mom to stay strong for your sister. It is ok to battle with the doctors. These doctors work their shift then they go home. We have to live this nightmare every hour of every day. We have no shift. I battled with many doctors during my Kaitlyn's illness. Just as I have told you that you can talk to me anytime, tell your mom she can talk to me anytime also. You take care.

Just a message to say i'm thinking of you and praying for you. I have a
daughter just a couple of months older than Kaitie, she's an asthmatic, and
when it gets bad, it worries to life out of me. I nearly lost her because of
the asthma when she was just 4, she was very ill.
Knowing how worried I was then, I can still only imagine what you are going
through now. I think you are very strong people and my heart goes out to
you.........thinking and praying always
I write this to you, my dearKaitie, in the midst of your pain which emblazons you. Oh, would I but be able to share this torturous impediment that finds its home deep within you.
I would tear it from your flesh and bury it in the deepest confines of my being, never again to suffer you the cold darkness of pain.
For you I wish only the warmth and the light sent to you from a million suns. The blares of a thousand trumpets that sends the message over this frozen earth of the angelic human being that you are.
The beautiful music of your heart that sings with the love from a million angels, And hear the symphony of love from my heart that tells you of what I feel. Please God, instill into me and release Katie of her pain, she has suffered enough. Replace her void with happiness and love, and never let the sun set into darkness.
